P90X WEEK 4 Day 23:

Week 4 consists on a lot of cardio, stretching and resting.  This week is about letting your muscles rest a bit.  No lifting weights is required.

DAY_1 YOGA X
DAY_2 CORE SYNERGISTICS
DAY_3 KENPO X
DAY_4 X STRETCH
DAY_5 CARDIO X
DAY_6 YOGA X
DAY_7 REST OR X STRETCH

I was thankful that I had a rest week on this week because I was bit under the weather and mother nature visited me this week.  TMI, I know...lol.
