The good, the bad but how awesome! So unfortunately, I did not lose any weight this week.  However, I did not gain any weight either.  Another great progress, I did lose some unwanted inches off of my body! Success!  I am really happy to see a difference in my frame. Although it is weird to feel the muscles on the backs of my whole leg, it is exciting to know that it is no longer fat.  The fat needs to move out because the muscles are moving in!
