P90X Chicken Salad Recipe


WHAT YOU NEED:

6 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
3/4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons green onions, diced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon fresh dill
1/4 cup celery, diced

WHAT YOU DO:

1)  Poach Chicken.  Let it Cool and Dice. (I used tongs to hold and diced)
2) Combine all the Ingredients and Mix Well.
3) Served Chilled or As Is.



Other than measuring instruments, its not very messy to make


Served on bed of 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
