WHAT YOU NEED:
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (I used chicken drumsticks sometimes as pictured.)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
lemon wedges n parsley sprigs is Optional.
Large Baking Dish and Aluminum Foil is Optional.
HOW I GOT IT DONE:
1)(My WAY)Add the first 4 ingredients into a 1 gallon zip lock freezer bag and add chicken. "massage" the bag evenly to spread the marinate onto the chicken pieces.
1)(P90X Way) Combine first 4 ingredients in a nonreactive dish and add chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning occasionally.
2)Marinate the chicken for 1 hour or more.
3)Once the Chicken is done marinating. Preheat the Oven to 425.
4) (My Way) For easy Cleaning...Put 3 sheets of Aluminum Foil on.
4) (P90X Way) Scrubbing Dishes... coat the baking dish with cooking spray.
5) Empty the contents into a large baking dish. Arrange the chicken evenly into the dish. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper.
6)Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade. Bake without basting for 20 minutes more or until chicken is done. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley, if desired.
