|1. Cut the Chicken Breast into big bite size pieces. 2. Cook Pieces of Chicken Breast in EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) about 2 TBS (tablespoon)|
|3. Cover with lid to Cook Faster. This also makes the chicken moist.|
|4. Add Asian Vegetable Stir Fry Mix into the pot.|
|5. Saute and Continuously stir the vegetable and chicken together until the vegetables are al dente (not too raw yet not over cooked)|
|1 Quart of Chicken Stock|
|6. Pour whole container of stock into the pot. Bring it up to a boil and Stir and Mix ingredients together into a nice harmony.|
|7. With a ladle or a big spoon scoop cooked veggies and chicken into a bowl. Add your choice of seasoning.|
